Dua And Azkar

When beginning a meal

In the name of Allah..

If one forgets to mention Allah at the beginning

In the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end..

After finishing a meal

Praise be to Allah Who has fed us and given us drink and made us Muslims..

When given a drink

O Allah! Feed him who fed me and give him drink who gave me to drink..

Upon drinking milk

O Allah! Bless us in it and give us increase of it..

When dining at someone's house

O Allah! Bless them in what You have provided for them, and forgive them and have Mercy on them..

For someone who offers you a meal

O Allah! Feed him who fed me and give him drink who gave me to drink..

When opening your fast

O Allah! For You I have fasted and upon your provision, I have broken my fast..

Thirst is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is certain if Allaah wills..

For someone who provides you with Iftar

May the fasting (men) break their fast with you, and the pious eat your food, and the angels pray for blessing on you..
